Create Queue Manager Connection

To create a new Queue Explorer Connection, select the Add button. Now fill in the connection fields based on values from your MQ Administrator and then click Create.

  • The Type field Indicates the Queue Explorer type. (Note: As of release 5.5.1, only WebSphere MQ Queue Manager is supported)

  • Use the Alias name to provide a user friendly name to help you find the connection as the number of connections grows.

  • If you will require a user ID and password to connect, select the "Prompt for Authentication" checkbox .
